We were recently approached by the Forestry and Wood Products Australia (FWPA) to be involved in a TV shoot for a series called ‘Going Bush’.
The FWPA is a not-for-profit company that is committed to helping the forest and wood products industry to be collaborative, innovative, sustainable and competitive against other industries and products available in the marketplace.
‘Going Bush’ is a TV series that airs on Saturday afternoons on Ch7 and is all about promoting innovative, sustainable and environmentally friendly ways of utilizing forest and wood products.
Earlier this week Adam was put in front of the cameras onsite at Macarthur Gardens, with the TV shows hosts, to explain why Strongbuild chose to embrace CLT on the Macarthur Gardens project and the benefits that it provides to the Client, the construction team, the environment and ultimately the residents who will live in the apartments once it is all completed.
I was also called in to make a cameo appearance at Port Botany for the opening of the first shipping containers of CLT, as Adam was unavailable at the time.
The show will go to air sometime in August and we will keep you updated on exactly when this will be.
It is great to see the level of interest from the broader marketplace in what we are doing.
